Saftey Pull Cord Switch:

Used as an emergency stop switch for conveyors and other equipment. The saftey pull cord switch has one housing design that allows you interchange the switch from anywhere on the conveyor. The switch is a bi-lateral switch , meaning you can pull it from any direction. Allowing you to mount anywhere on the conveyor:(Head, Middle, Tail). Available in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups E, F, & G.

Belt Misalignment Switch:

Used to monitor the position and the tracking of conveyor belts. Mounted onthe conveyor structure. When the conveyor belt begins to drift out of alignment it contacts the roller arm and signals the alarm. The switch has (2) SPDt contacts for alarm. The first at 10 Deg. for alarm and the second at 20 Deg. for shut down. Available in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Grouops E, F & G.

Tripper Position Switch:

Used as a heavy duty limit switch. Used to indicate the position of a "tripper" car on a conveyor with multiple discharge points. When the tripper car hits the roller it actuates the shaft in position for alarm (tripping the car). Availiable in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G.
